Eagle Scout Clinton Coulter & Leadership Project .....

Clinton Coulter is the son of Eric Coulter of Elizabeth, IN and and Ann Coulter of Clarksville, IN. Clint made Eagle Scout in 2007. His leadership service project was to landscape around a memorial marker near the South Central Elementary School playground that was placed there several years ago in honor of a deceased first grade student.
